1-Plan your day

Schedule a day and time when you can be alone for at least 4 hours. Build a playlist of soothing music, with sounds from nature to play throughout the ritual. Don’t be in a hurry, don’t look at your watch. The secret here is to relax and enjoy the moment!

2-Prepare the environment

The ideal place in the house is the one you like the most. Place some scented candles in this environment. The light and shadows produced by candle flames are highly relaxing. Put blue or green light bulbs in the lamps (the first soothes and brings inner peace; the second, balances and harmonizes) To complete the mood of peace, have a power supply connected. The roar of the water relieves tension and slows down the heartbeat.

3-Breathe

Envision all the benefits your body and mind will receive. Sit in a chair with the soles of your feet on the floor or on the floor on a cushion with your legs crossed. With your eyes focused, breathe three times, counting backwards until you feel your breathing has calmed down.

4-Take care of the hair

Moisturize your hair, then dampen a towel in warm water and wrap your head. Leave on the towel for 15 to 20 minutes and then rinse thoroughly.

5-Renew your skin

While the hydration is acting on the hair, take the opportunity to exfoliate the face and body, eliminating dead cells, nourishing and moisturizing the skin

6-Salt and aroma bath

Even if you don’t have a bathtub at home, you can take that relaxing mega-bath on your home spa day. Cut a piece of tulle that you can wrap around your shower and tie it with ribbon, like a bundle. Before tying, place the salts inside the tulle. The water temperature should be pleasant, around 38 degrees.
