A beleza loira vem da Floresta Bregenzer, um vale \u00fanico nos Alpes austr\u00edacos, e desenvolveu produtos poderosos e voltados para os resultados (tenho certeza que voc\u00ea j\u00e1 ouviu falar deles) compostos dos ingredientes mais limpos e refrescantes. Tive a sorte de visitar seu pitoresco hotel para uma mini-desintoxica\u00e7\u00e3o e testar sua linha e seus tratamentos.<\/font><\/font><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><font style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><font style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">Aqui est\u00e1 o furo.<\/font><\/font><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><font style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><font style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">Durante minha estadia de tr\u00eas noites no Hotel Post, dormi em uma das \u201csalas de terapia do sono\u201d especiais. Minha cama foi feita de uma forma especial para garantir um sono profundo e \u00e0 noite, o wi-fi realmente desliga para incentivar mais relaxamento. O design da sala \u00e9 muito simples, sem TV, apenas muito zen. Eu comi de sua Dieta Detox da Medicina Tradicional Chinesa (MTC), que estava deliciosa e me deixou totalmente satisfeito. A culin\u00e1ria ap\u00f3ia a purifica\u00e7\u00e3o, desintoxica\u00e7\u00e3o e desacidifica\u00e7\u00e3o do corpo e do tecido conjuntivo. Eu poderia descer com isso.<\/font><\/font><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A typical menu sounded like this.&nbsp;<em>Breakfast<\/em>: hot oat cereal with fruits, pudding of chia seed with coconut and cardamom, juice freshly squeezed with linseed oil, and Susanne Kaufmann Detox Tea.&nbsp;<em>Lunch<\/em>: fennel tomato soup, quinoa with cucumber, bell pepper, olives and capers and SK Peppermint Tea.&nbsp;<em>Dinner<\/em>: stewed saffron fennel with celery, cream of parsnips and wild herbs, fennel tomato soup and SK Acid Alkalizing Tea. The teas became my addiction over the course of my stay, especially the Acid Alkalizing Tea.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The best part? I had the opportunity to meet with Susanne. I, obviously, asked her everything \u2013&nbsp;from the inspiration behind her skincare line to her under-the-radar beauty secrets. Read on for my full interview with the guru.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Tell me about how you got involved with the spa.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cWhen I took over [the spa in 1994], there was one masseur, one therapist, a doctor, a little spa and a sauna. It was the typical European detox center, but very simple. I quickly realized I wanted to develop and focus on the spa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A lot of the spas at the time were influenced by Greek and Italian architecture, very heavy, so I was always striving to be unique, which is why I decided to keep the spa clean, sterile, white and very medical.
